Service Description
Upon booking block you will be booked into 7 consecutive workouts on a Monday evening at 6pm - 7.00pm. Spaces are limited due to current restrictions thus meaning you cannot switch sessions if you cannot make the one you have booked. There will be no refund or extension to your sessions if you cannot make it, the booking you are making is for a block. I would ask you to please bring a towel with you to keep yourself dry or to wipe up any sweat. You are to bring your own hand sanitiser and regularly apply during the session - hands are to be sanitised before entering the hall and upon leaving. There will be a one way system in place meaning no crossover between sessions. You will enter the hall via the pitch side and steps and you will leave the hall via the rear door of the hall bringing you out the back and leading you back to your car via the walkways and the zebra crossing. You should not attend a session if you have a persistent cough, high temperature or covid like symptoms.

Cancellation Policy
Unlike other platforms there are no penalties for not attending a workout. However, attendance in each class is limited and in the event of workouts being busy be kind to your fellow Ian Young Online team members by cancelling your booking to free up a space. ​Make sure you’re logged into your account at ianyoungonline.com then visit https://www.ianyoungonline.com/account/my-bookings . All upcoming bookings will be visible under Manage Your Bookings. Select the arrow next to reschedule, this will make the booking details visible then select cancel. Confirm the cancellation.
