For all you guys out there, DadBods getting out of control, Moobs starting to look like they should be on the front cover of playboy !!! Consider the following Points.

Taking Vitamins E and B to ensure you're getting adequate amounts can help reduce estrogen levels. A lack of these vitamins has been associated with higher estrogen levels.


Increased Activity Levels

Quick technical point - (The aromatase enzyme which converts testosterone into estrogen lives in fat cells), therefore the more fat you have the higher your estrogen levels could be. And where do most men carry too much stubborn fat - around their chest.
