Have you got it ? The answer is YES, but it's entirely your choice whether you want it or not!

I received a nice message from one of my team yesterday touching base to advise for the first time in 23yrs their weight has dropped below 9 stone.

More importantly for me they are moving better, more conditioned, fitter and stronger than ever!

“I’m so glad I have disciplined myself to get upland do the live sessions everyday. A perfect balance or weights, cardio, pilates and yoga”.


I focus on two of those words in her message - “disciplined myself”


Motivation did nothing to gain these results, I’m 100% certain there were many days, many many days where motivation was not even in sight, BUT the decision to be disciplined has yielded some AMAZING results!

Discipline closes the gap between who you are and who you want to become, and it starts with tiny changes that we can perform every single day.

It’s not easy to make changes in our lives and its not easy to make or even find success - BUT having the discipline to get up each day with the focus to move forward (especially when you don’t feel like it or you aren’t motivated) is how we grow!


It was exactly the same for me - to get up every single day and know I had at the very least 3 rows to do depending on what cycle of a training block I was on, EVERYDAY was hateful!


Motivation near the end for this was at an all time low, BUT discipline got me to where I needed and wanted to be - that was the defining difference!




It’s been a great week of wins on the Training Platform and these will continue as we have so many disciplined to see each day and seize it.
