Life is like burpees, full of ups and downs - its a rollercoaster of emotions, challenges, stumbling blocks and obstacles.
I’m a firm believer you can create and develop a strong mindset, and a lot of this can be done through physical exploration - putting ourselves in uncomfortable situations / scenarios and overcoming the hardship - gaining that “win”.
If we are going to overcome obstacles put in our way then one thing is for sure, we will need a strong mindset!
I’m in no doubt the fact we have had so many “wins” , so many positives to come out of our programme has been the mindset shift in so many of the team, it’s been a privilege to watch the growth in so many and the continued gains and successes on the program.
How do I define someone who has a strong mind !
A person who has the energy and stamina to face a challenge without being robbed of inner strength!
We experience many stresses / challenges in life, facing these and working through them gives us the courage and strength to grow from our journey. I will always go on about visualising or putting in place "stepping stones" to strive towards our own personal goals, and creating a strong mindset is no different !
Embrace the stepping stones, the smaller steps (experiences), appreciate and acknowledge each step as each one you take is an accomplishment.
