Very quick and easy snack - perfect for those lazy Sunday mornings for a nice brunch, or anyway you fancy a protein packed pancake.
Ingredients
•1/4 cup raw oats
•1/4 cup cottage cheese
•1/2 scoop protein powder
•1/2 cup egg whites
Directions
1: Blend all the ingredients until a batter forms.
2: Pour over a hot pan at a medium heat.
3: Flip when the edges start browning.
4: Serve with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter / blueberries / strawberries or banana, literally so versatile to add what you want.
If you’re afraid of the batter sticking to the pan you could add small amount of butter to the pan before putting the batter - this will obviously increase the fat content - if doing this I would recommend Abernethy Butter or Kerry Gold.
