Returning to a "new norm"!

With the world returning slowly to a new norm its been great for me to get people back into the Hurt Locker and throw down some challenging drills.


I've thought about my job a lot over the last 12 - 18 months, if you asked me 12 months ago could I see myself doing online sessions for a sustained period of time I would have said no - purely because it wasn't anything I had thought or looked into before. Yes I did have and still do have people I work with on a 1-1 basis online, but the "group" basis was and still is something very new to me.


I can honestly say I love every SINGLE aspect of my job, helping people and challenging them to become better versions of themselves is something I'm very passionate about.


In terms of the online platform - i'm so into this, I 100% love every single session we do and always get great feedback from the workouts. I think some people were worried this would drop if I started back to my group sessions, absolutely not - I love the platform and I love the team and as long as there is a demand for the sessions it will continue and hopefully grow even further.


The group sessions will hopefully be up and running within the next 2 weeks - there are just some details and requirements I need to make sure are in place and covered, I'm looking forward to getting back to those as well, they will be slightly different but i'm up for the challenge.





I hope to update everyone within the next 7 days regarding the group sessions - we have had to restrict numbers due to the current situation but I'm hoping in future these will lift further. Sessions will be block booked for a period of time and this will all be done via an online booking system which will be on this website, it will go up as soon as I have everything in place and I'll send everyone a message / blog on the website.


I've had a great week with everyone online and looking forward to a big finish tomorrow, the variety of the sessions we have on offer is just fantastic - a perfect balance of HIIT, Strength, MetCon and then additional Meditation & Mindfulness, Pilates and Yoga, a brilliant Online Training Hub.

Are the group sessions just going to be in rathmore and Ashfield again ?
