How important is Structure in your training programme?


To me it’s everything, I always go on about consistency and yes this is the most important element in my opinion, closely behind that for me is structure!


Without structure its basically guess work - have you ever gone into the gym or started to train and you basically don’t really know what to do, so you do a bit of this, a bit of that, you take long extended rests as you decide or think what you should do next, and the workout quickly fizzles out with you basically not doing very much and not maximising your time!



With having a structure in place your training will dramatically improve, and if you stick with it your rest will improve and ultimately your results will improve.


I think how my online programme is set out has been intelligently thought through, planning our training means we can manage fatigue from session to session to allow us to keep progressing.


We have our Yoga, Pilates, Meditation & Mindfulness sessions there to help - it’s not all about the Strength, HIIT or the Metabolic Conditioning but the programme has been set out that we train smart with these sessions to manage fatigue - IF you follow it!


Don’t feel guilty about having a day off from the gym - we need to realise at times this is what is needed - this mindset takes discipline!
