Why should you cycle your vegetables ?

Our health is vitally important and obviously due to the current climate its at the forefront of our minds, keep that immune system tip top and cycle your Vegetables and Fruits.

When you rotate different sources of vegetables and fruit in your diet, you naturally expose yourself to a wider variety of minerals, vitamins, digestive enzymes, trace elements and antioxidants. For instance, pineapple will provide Bromelain (a great digestive enzyme for protein), blueberries give you an abundance of antioxidants (for immune support against free radicals), kale will give you a big dose of Vitamin K & an amazing antioxidant known as Quercetin while yellow peppers provide potassium as well as vitamin A.

I have just shared 2 fruits and 2 vegetables, there are over 2,000 fruits and 1,000 vegetables in the world! This is why I recommend experimenting with a broad range because ultimately you will get so many health benefits - each species comes from a different environment which to an extent influences the benefits it can offer.

They are also very low in calories, so you can really pack in a lot of nutritional goodness into your diet while managing overall calorie intake.
